Business Documents is a standard tool in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) that visualizes documents and reports using Electronic Reporting as the primary engine to extract data. In this video, I will clarify the components of Business Documents and present a visual demo showing how a user can find model mapping and data models from a format imported via Dataverse. This video will give insights into what a data model is, how model mappings are created, and which fields for records have bindings in model mapping and the format designer.
